Velcro patches are fabric patches, embroidered, woven, or PVC, with hook-and-loop fastener backing instead of a permanent adhesive or stitched attachment. The hook side on the back of the patch locks onto the loop panel of a uniform, vest, bag, or hat, and releases cleanly when you pull it free. No sewing required, no glue residue, no permanent commitment to one spot.

Velcro backing pairs with all our main patch constructions. Custom embroidered velcro patches are the most common, thread stitched onto a twill base, raised and textured, clean professional finish. Other options:
Woven velcro patches — Tighter thread construction with a flatter surface. Better for fine detail, small text, and logos where embroidery stitching would look too coarse.
PVC velcro patches — Rubber-moulded construction, completely waterproof, built for outdoor and tactical gear that sees real use. Handles mud, water, and rough conditions.
Printed / sublimated velcro patches — Full-colour print on fabric for photographic detail, gradients, and complex artwork that stitching can't replicate.
Most orders ship with hook backing on the patch (the stiff, scratchy side). This is the standard configuration, it attaches to the loop panels already built into most tactical gear, hats, and bags. If your application needs it, we can also supply matching loop tape as a set, or produce patches with loop backing for use on hook-surface gear.
